| This class helped me
to be better mentally prepared in how to respond if attacked. It has
also made me aware of what places and situations can make me most
vulnerable to possible assault. |

| Your moves were easy to do and more
importantly, you taught us to be more aware of our surroundings in
these dangerous times. |

| I really felt like you covered every
important aspect of self-defense and how we should go about protecting
ourselves. We all gained so much from your program and I feel it is
imperative for people our age to have the knowledge that you passed
along to use. |

| The best part about Retta and her educating
us was that she was fun about it and gave examples of how to protect
ourselves in an everyday situation. No one felt that is was over the
top, or too much for them to do. Thank you so much for all of your
help and awareness! |
